In Tape Catalog #1 and contains many 1958-1959 recordings, so definitely part of Louis's 1959-1960 re-cataloging of his tape collection. However, there is also a lot of material from the soundtrack of "The Benny Goodman Story" and that was entirely recorded in 1955. This includes outtakes. It is not known how Louis obtained this material, or when. |
