This box contains 45 prints of Louis Armstrong in performance between 1956 and 1971. Images include: 18 small, cutout Milan Schijatschky photos of Louis laughing from a Hinsdale, Illinois concert on March 20, 1957; the 1958 edition of the All Stars with Louis, Trummy Young, Edmond Hall, Billy Kyle, Mort Herbert, Danny Barcelona and Velma Middleton; Louis and the All Stars circa 1956 (Trummy Young, Billy Kyle, Edmond Hall and Barrett Deems are visible) with Gordon Jenkins; 1959 edition of the All Stars with young, Kyle, Herbert, Barcelona and Peanuts Hucko; Jack Bradley photo of the All Stars in 1960 with Young, Kyle, Herbert, Barcelona and Barney Bigard; Louis in Germany in 1959; Louis recording the Goodyear Jazz Concert film in 1962 with Trummy Young, Joe Darensbourg, Billy Kyle, Billy Cronk, Danny Barcelona and Jewel Brown; Louis and Russell "Big Chief" Moore in 1964; Jack Bradley photos of Louis with Tyree Glenn and Buster Bailey at Carnegie Hall on December 2, 1965; Louis with Italian clarinetist Henghel Gualdi at the San Remo Song Festival in Italy in 1968; Louis with his last edition of the All Stars (Joe Muranyi, Tyree Glenn, Marty Napoleon, Buddy Catlett and Danny Barcelona.
